Do you have any idea how brilliant the Heavy is to pose? Really expressive face, great big hands and gorgeous weight distribution (so he’s decently balanced when posing him). He’s a lot of fun to fiddle with, especially compared to the Medic who can be fiddly (hands snagging on things, his coat clipping through his legs, etc).
This was the first comic I scaled down to something which didn’t up eat half of someone’s monitor with a single panel. It soon became the standard format (eight panels, usually half width or spread across entirely, so on and so forth) and has made things a lot smoother.
